"Driver" refers to the individual who has agreed to become a driver with Ridx Mobility and is willing to provide transportation services to the User.

"Services" refer to the provision of transportation services by Ridx Mobility's Drivers to the User using the Ridx Mobility platform. Services include city rides, airport transfers, Airport Transfers, hourly packages, one-way s, outstation taxi services, and any other service that Ridx Mobility provides.

Account Registration

To use our services, you are required to complete an account registration process. During registration, you will be required to provide certain personal information and details, such as your name, email address, mobile number, and other relevant information. By registering, you agree that all the information provided during the process is accurate and up to date.

User Obligations

As a User, you agree to adhere to these terms and any laws applile to the use of our Services. You agree to treat Drivers with respect and not to cause any damage to the vehicle. Any violation of this may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of the ride. Users agree to pay all fares for the services, which may include tolls, taxes, and other applile fees. You authorize Ridx Mobility to charge your chosen payment method for these amounts.

Intellectual Property

Ridx Mobility and its licensors, where applile, shall own all right, title, and interest, including all related intellectual property rights, in and to the Ridx Mobility Website, the Ridx Mobility Application, and the Services.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels and will be governed by the laws of Assam, India.
